More than half of the population will be diagnosed with a mental illness during their lives, but many won’t seek assistance until they face a crisis.
Appli and Resilience Agenda have partnered to create the Mental Fitness Hub, a global collaboration of top researchers and educators in workplace wellbeing. It is our mission to promote proactive mental health strategies that empower individuals and organizations to cultivate resilience and flourish.
Investing in employee Mental Fitness is not only the right thing to do but a key factor for sustained business success.
When organizations prioritize wellbeing, and equip their people with the tools to live it, mental health can become an asset rather than a liability.
Mental Fitness is a scientific concept and model developed by Dr Paula Robinson and a team of scientists at the University of Wollongong.
The science of Mental Fitness has proven successful for some of the world’s most innovative organizations. Research shows that employees who work in mentally fit workplaces take fewer days off, stay at companies longer, and are more engaged and productive while at work.
Introducing the Mental Fitness Hub’s dedicated leadership team, a group of Mental Fitness experts, innovators, and storytellers, committed to developing mentally healthy, high-performing workplaces.
Our passionate team members are driven to fulfil their vision to have a Certified Mental Fitness Champion in every boardroom, meeting room and classroom across the globe.
