The Mental Fitness Conversations course is ideal any employee, leader or manager who wants to develop their people management skills and take a more proactive and preventative approach to mental health at work.

This group mental fitness training workshop is well suited to employees who have completed some mental health awareness or Mental Health First Aid training previously, or for cohorts of employees who want to learn the very latest strategies and skills for understanding and promoting good mental health. 

What You’ll Be Able To Do After This Course

On completion of this course, you will be better able to notice the signs of mental ill-health in others, feel confident knowing the steps for how to initiative a mental health conversation, and support employees to use the practical skills of Mental Fitness to promote action and change.

 

Most importantly, you’ll be able to apply the engaging language of Mental Fitness to everyday conversations in support people in distress and guide them to appropriate support and action.
